1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for any Clock Out, Cash In bootcamp, program, or community membership ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not register or participate in our Services.

2. Description of Services

Clock Out, Cash In provides live virtual bootcamp events, community memberships, and educational content designed to help solopreneurs and small business owners automate their business operations. Services are offered in the following tiers:

• •General Admission (Free) — live access to bootcamp sessions only, no recordings
• •VIP ($97 one-time) — includes kickoff call, lifetime session recordings, and live Q&A sessions
• •Inner Circle Membership ($47/month or $397/year) — ongoing weekly live build sessions, community access, and curriculum resources

3. Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your registration.

4. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a VIP upgrade or Inner Circle membership, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

• •VIP upgrade: $97 one-time, non-refundable after the kickoff call has been delivered
• •Inner Circle monthly: $47/month, billed monthly, cancel anytime
• •Inner Circle annual: $397/year, billed annually

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. We do not offer refunds on digital products or event access once the event has begun or recordings have been delivered.

5. Cancellation Policy

Inner Circle monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through the date already paid. Annual memberships are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase.

6. Recordings and Intellectual Property

VIP session recordings are provided for personal use only. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or reproduce any bootcamp recordings, materials, scripts, templates, or curriculum content without express written permission from Clairen Haus. All content produced by Clairen Haus and the Clock Out, Cash In program is our exclusive intellectual property.

7. SMS Communications and Phone Verification

By providing your phone number during registration, you consent to receive:

• •A one-time SMS verification code to confirm your phone number (via Twilio Verify)
• •Bootcamp reminders and event notifications via SMS
• •Marketing SMS messages if you opt in during registration

Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect verification or transactional messages related to your registration.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants in Clock Out, Cash In events and Clairen Haus community spaces agree to:

• •Treat all participants, guests, and facilitators with respect
• •Refrain from spamming, soliciting, or promoting unrelated products or services
• •Not share login credentials or provide access to paid content to non-members
• •Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior

We reserve the right to remove any participant from our events or community without refund for violation of this code of conduct.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Clock Out, Cash In provides educational content and live instruction for informational purposes only. We make no guarantee that implementing the tools, strategies, or systems taught in our programs will result in specific business outcomes, revenue, or growth. Results vary based on individual effort, industry, and circumstances. Our Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clairen Haus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

11. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
